Holly Madison Cullen was born in December 23, 1979 in Astoria, Oregon. Till the age of eleven she grew up in Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. In 1999 Holly attended Loyola Marymount University and to afford college tuition she worked as a Hawaiian Tropic model. One of Hugh Hefner's friends saw her and invited to the Playboy Mansion's party. In August 2001 Holly became one of Hugh's seven official girlfriends. In February 2002 she became Hef's "#1 Girlfriend" and moved into his bedroom. She appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine with two other Hefner's girlfriends Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson in November 2005, September 2006 and the March 2008 as part of a 'The Girls Next Door' project. On October 7, 2008, Madison gave up her relationship with Hefner. Holly had several plastic surgeries, a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, from A-cup to D-cup. Madison is an animal lover in April 2007 she posed naked for a PETA advertising campaign "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur".
