Zoe Yadira Zaldaña Nazario was born in New Jersey U.S. in June 19, 1978. Her family moved to the Dominican Republic, when her father death. Saldana enlisted in a ballet class at one of the most famous dancing schools in the Dominican Republic. In 1995 Zoe returned back to New York where she began performing with the Faces theater troupe. In 2002 she co-starred film 'Crossroads' alongside Britney Spears. In 2003 she played the pirate Anamaria in 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. In 2009 she played Neytiri, the Na'vi princess, in James Cameron's Avatar. Zoe Saldana was chosen as one of People Magazine's annual 100 Most Beautiful People in the World, Beauty at Every Age section, for age 28, in May 2007.
